1. The games

clancy.games offers free browser games. You can play without an account. An optional free account lets your progress save across devices.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in. If you are under 18, use clancy.games with a parent's or guardian's permission. Children under 13 should not create an account without a parent.

3. Acceptable use

Don't attack, overload, reverse engineer for abuse, or interfere with the service or other players. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Terms of Sale: Clancy Games Pass

What it is. The Clancy Games Pass is an optional subscription that gives in-game perks (for example unlocked maps and bonus coins) in participating games. Perks may change as games are added or updated. Virtual items and coins have no cash value and can't be transferred or redeemed.

Price. $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year (USD), plus any applicable tax, shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Free trial. New members get the Pass free for 7 days. We ask for a payment card when the trial starts and charge it at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then; we email you a reminder with the end date when the trial starts. One free trial per person: if you have had the Pass before (including an earlier trial), a new subscription starts billing right away. Pack discounts and daily free items are part of the Pass during the trial.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, charged to your payment method, until you cancel. We'll tell you in advance of any price change.

Cancellation. Cancel anytime in Account (Manage or cancel Pass) or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep the perks until then.

Refunds. If you're not happy, email admin@clancyconsultingcorp.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it. After 14 days, charges are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Parents: if a child bought the Pass without permission, contact us and we'll sort it out.

5. Terms of Sale: in-game packs

What they are. Some games sell optional one-time packs, such as extra moves, boosters, hints, continues or coin packs. Prices are shown before you buy (Pass members see a discount). Packs are used up as you play and belong to the game they were bought in. They are virtual items with no cash value; they can't be transferred, resold or redeemed for money. Pass members also get a small number of free items per game each day; unused daily items don't carry over.

Your account. Packs are saved to your clancy.games account. If you buy before signing in, sign in with the same email you paid with to receive them. If a payment goes through but the pack doesn't appear, open that game's shop while signed in and it will be added automatically, or email us.

Saved card and one-tap buying. Your first pack purchase goes through Stripe's checkout, which saves your card with Stripe (we never see or store card numbers). After that, a pack can be bought with one tap on the price screen, charged to the saved card. Each tap is a separate purchase. There is no spending limit, so parents: keep your child's device and email secure, and email us any time to remove the saved card so every purchase needs checkout again.

Refunds. Email admin@clancyconsultingcorp.com within 14 days of a purchase for a refund of packs you haven't used. If a child bought packs without your permission, contact us and we'll refund them. Refunded items may be removed from the account. After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

6. Buying in the Clancy Tour iPhone app

In the Clancy Tour app, Daily Tour coin packs are sold through Apple's in-app purchase and Apple's terms of sale apply to the payment. Coins land on the golfer you own, the same as on the website. If a purchase is charged but the coins don't show up, reopen the app while signed in and we'll add them. Refunds for app purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Coins have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.

7. Changes and availability

Games are provided "as is". We may change, pause or retire games or features. If we end the Pass entirely, we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period. If we retire a game, we'll refund unused packs bought for it in the previous 90 days on request.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Clancy Consulting Corp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
