What we store

Without an account, progress stays in your browser's local storage on your device.

Daily Tour and the Clancy Tour app

The Daily Tour is a golf tournament between golfers named after Instagram usernames of people who follow @playclancy.games. A golfer's username, look, scores and coins are public, like a leaderboard. If you claim your golfer, we link it to your account. The Clancy Tour iPhone app shows the same Daily Tour; it stores the same account data as the website and nothing more. Coin packs bought in the app go through Apple: Apple handles the payment, and we receive only a record that the purchase happened (product, date and a transaction id) so we can add the coins. We never see your Apple ID or card.

Who processes it

What we don't do

No ads. We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Children

clancy.games is not directed at collecting data from children under 13. Children under 13 should only use an account with a parent's involvement. Parents can email admin@clancyconsultingcorp.com to review or delete a child's data, and we'll delete it.

Your choices

Delete your account any time: open Account, then Delete my account (on the website or in the app). That deletes your sign-in, saves, scores, friends and golfer claim, and cancels a Clancy Games Pass. Your golfer stays on the tour, unclaimed. You can also email us to get a copy of your data or to delete it. Apple purchases are refunded through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).

Security and retention

Data is sent over HTTPS and each account can only read its own saves. Leaderboard names and scores are public by design. We keep data while your account exists, and billing records as long as the law requires.
